Submitting the Request Service form is a request for service and does not confirm an appointment. We review every request and contact you directly, by phone or email, regarding availability and next steps. No appointment is scheduled or guaranteed until we've confirmed it with you.

Vehicle & Contact Info Accuracy

You're responsible for providing accurate information about yourself and your vehicle when submitting a service request — including working contact information so we can actually reach you. We can't confirm or schedule anything based on a request we can't follow up on.

No Online Payment

This Site does not process payments of any kind. We don't collect deposits, invoice, or take payment information through the Site. Any pricing or payment happens directly with our shop, in person or by phone.

Pricing & Estimates

Any pricing information referenced on this Site (such as discount or financing terms) is general and subject to change. Final pricing for any repair is determined after we've had a chance to inspect your vehicle in person.

Warranty Information

Our current warranty terms, as described on our About & Services page, are:

• Rebuilt transmissions: 3-year warranty
• Small used parts: 45-day warranty
• All engine work and used transmissions: 6-month warranty

Towing Requests

Our towing phone number, (313) 333-7779, is provided on this Site so you can reach us quickly if you need a tow. Calling that number connects you directly with our shop — the Site itself doesn't dispatch tow trucks or guarantee a specific response time.

User Conduct

When using this Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers, or any connected systems
• Submit false or misleading information through the Request Service form
